Dr. Fonseca is a licenses clinical psychologist. She specializes in maternal mental health, including anxiety, mood changes, identity shifts, postpartum, and parenthood. She works with parents and caregivers who are holding a lot, emotionally, mentally, and practically, often while putting their own needs last. She also specialize in supporting adults through anxiety, ADHD, and the emotional complexity of life transitions. With nearly two decades of experience in mental health and trauma work, Dr. Fonseca understands how deeply life transitions and past experiences can shape how you’re feeling now.

Dr. Fonseca draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients make sense of their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with what matters most to them. Dr. Fonseca believes that the process should be collaborative and grounded in cultural humility. Therapy here is not about fixing you, but about supporting you in understanding yourself with greater compassion and clarity.
